This 2 hour workshop is for all runners wanting to learn effective stretching techniques to improve their performance and aid in their recovery after hard training sessions.
The focus will be on learning unique mobility drills and targeted stretches to keep your feet healthy and to free up your hips, knees and ankles.
You will learn simple principles and concepts that you can apply immediately to:
