10-11.15 Surrender and Receive: Forrest Yoga with Aromatherapy
One must first release to receive and make space for the new. As autumn leaves fall, so must we leave behind what no longer serves us and make space to receive the silence and wisdom of the colder months. This workshop helps to increase energy and calm the mind through accessible and healing backbends, releasing tension from our shoulders and upper back so we can open our hearts to deeper listening. The oils used in the workshop will assist with emotional healing, releasing stagnant energy, feelings or blockages.
11.30-12.30 Essential Oils and Emotions
In this class we will look deeper at how oils work to support our emotional wellbeing. We will cover the science behind it and the importance of quality of oils to really make an impact. We will share our love of doTerra and explain how the company sources their oils and how to use them in your yoga practice and your life.
