Starting a self practice is something many Yogi's aspire to, but often find the prospect of beginning incredibly daunting! With such an array of postures and pranayama to choose from picking a starting point can be enough of a challenge to put you off all together!
We have put together this special session dedicated to helping you find your muse, such that the prospect of rolling out your mat for sadhana (dedicated self practice) becomes exciting, compelling and full of possibility!
The morning will follow a simple format, we'll start with a 90minute practice, where we will discuss some of the essential elements of a balanced pranayama (breath) and asana (posture) practice. After savasana we'll have a short break so you can all grab your notebooks, before we have an hour discussion about how to break down the daunting process of starting a self practice into easy and achievable steps! We'll also be sharing with you some brand new and exciting resources you can take away to help you on your journey.
