Ayurveda is the science of life, an holistic system to maintain wellbeing that blends Yoga Practice, with diet, herbs, meditation and specific pranayama and other exercises to rid the body and mind of disease.
Whilst Yoga provides us with asana and pranayama to cater for our mental and physical health, Ayurveda provides knowledge of how to care for our bodies through the use of diet and herbs.
In this workshop you will learn what your ayurvedic constitution or 'Dosha' is, alongisde a variety of techniques that will promote a healthy and peaceful life.
You will learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda, and will receive a complete workbook and manual alongside tailored yoga sequencing for your Dosha.
