Wednesday's 12-1, or 6.30-8.30: Exploring Meditation with Suzanne & Suzie

Wednesdays at YogaTherapies are a midweek meditation retreat with two chances to explore the techniques, and also the science of meditation with Suzanne.


I want to move... but i also want to chill with plenty of time for reflection.

Friday's 12-1: Yin Yoga with Jaye.

Yin yoga takes everything extra slow. Poses are fully supported and held for several minutes at a time to help stretch deeply, with time to absorb and explore body and mind. 



All of our weekly scheduled classes contain elements of breathwork, meditation and relaxation to both set the energy of the class up and then to wind you all right back down!
