Beginners:

These sessions establish the foundations of a safe and varied practice. You will still experience a strong practice, but with enough time and explanation to ensure those first building blocks are solid. 

All Levels:

Our open level classes are exactly that, open to all levels! Postures are approached progressively to provide options that cater for all levels, however the description makes a shift from the more literal explanation of the beginners sessions to something a little more nuanced that begins to nod towards deeper levels of practice and experience. 

 

Advanced:

Our advanced classes are designed for students who are familiar with the workings of a YogaTherapies class and are ready to challenge their mind, body & spirit! Classes are still taught in the same progressive manner to provide options, and challenge for all!
