Unlock a deep understanding of, and ability in your practice.
Explore in-depth the anatomy, philosophy and history of Yoga through an embodied and practical method.
Leave a connected, authentic and inspiring teacher; ready to forge your identity in the ever expanding world of Yoga.
The training is structured over 3 core modules. We emphasise practical experience, and from the first weekend attendees will be immersed in a rich mixture of practice, debate, lecture and practicum.
Module 1. The Anatomy of Asana.
Module 2. Layers of the Subtle Body.
Module 3. The Art of Teaching.
We bring everything to our teaching, and we hope our students will too! Applicants should have two years experience of yoga practice and importantly an eagerness and readiness to learn.
Attendance is limited to 16 participants to ensure an intimate environment and dedicated attention, alongside the benefits of practicing and learning in a diverse group.
Assessment, Materials & Self Study
Students are provided with a workbook, access to the Yomala online resource with downloadable pdf 'crib sheets' and videos of aspects of the training and core content alongside recommendations for wider reading and study.
Each weekend is accompanied by self-study and reading tasks that focus on developing personal practice, cultivating confidence in delivery, and sequencing.
Assessment will occur continuously throughout the course with formal assessment consisting of one written piece of coursework, one practical delivery assessment and a final exam consisting of multi choice and short answer questions completed within the course weekends.
Satisfactory completion of all of the content is required to graduate. Please see the training terms and conditions for full details.
