January 31st Super blue blood moon

A rare celestial event will grace the skies today when a blue moon and lunar eclipse combine with the moon being at its closest point to Earth, resulting in what is being called “super blue blood moon” The moon is at perigee and about 14% brighter than usual, what we call the blood moon – the moment during a lunar eclipse when the moon, in the Earth’s shadow, takes on a reddish tint.

Under the energy of this Super Full Moon, pay close attention to all feelings that may come up for you and be aware of them however instead of getting caught up in your head, with the over thinking heaviness Luna energy can bring, focus on breathing the emotions through the body. Allow yourself to feel light, encapsulate the light from the moon.

Be ready to experience all you are feeling don’t bare down on suppressing them and see how that helps to shift things.

What you resist persists, so give yourself permission to feel and release anything that needs to go with integrity and grace.

Keep your energy clean and light and ask yourself to release any energy that is not yours to carry.

Be gentle with yourself and focus on how you can love and support yourself more.

2017 was a heavy year however also brought many new beginnings, and now we are all going to be able to build and create with what we have been given or created.

2018 is really a building on these, and expand with our highest goals, dreams and wishes.Embrace this gentle year which will allow us to focus on the wellbeing of our mind, body and spirit, for this is the how to find our path of balance, feel energised and also supported to really lead the life we desire.
