Foundations of Flow

A welcoming class for all to learn the fundamentals of Yoga Practice. 

Sessions are taught at a steady pace, and focus on the central postures and techniques of yoga. Teachers will offer modifications and adjustments to guide you towards proper alignment and self awareness.

Perfect for: Beginners, returners or anyone wanting to firm up their foundations.



Vinyasa Yoga Classes

Vinyasa means ‘to place with awareness’ and forms the heart of our offering at YogaTherapies.




Vinyasa Flow & Sunrise Sessions

Meld movement and breath in a light and progressive sequence that builds heat, melts tension and cultivates inner and outer strength. 

Each class is unique, with focuses varying from re-balancing to enhancing flexibility, always taught in a scalable way that allows yogis to work at their own level.

Dynamic Vinyasa

Ready to get sweaty? Dynamic classes are intended for Yogi’s who are familiar with the foundations and are ready to amp up their practice. 

Expect a faster-paced flow and some more challenging postures and transitions. Leave feeling strong, flexible and serene. 

Perfect for: Intermediate Yogi’s who want a more physically challenging practice.


Deepen Your Practice

Join YogaTherapies founder Chris, and dive deeper into the intricacies of your yoga practice. Chris’ classes have been described as ‘softly intense’, and explore postures with precision to take you both physically and mentally to another dimension of Yoga Practice and find ease on and off the mat.

Looking to Unwind … 

Modern life is fast enough, your yoga needn’t be!


Restorative Yoga

Gently relieve aches and pains whilst giving the mind space to unwind.

Restorative yoga classes take a gentle pace with plenty of props on hand to support a passive approach with extra time for relaxation. 

Perfect for: All levels looking for a little rejuvenation.


Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a stilling and subtle practice that targets tension and energy bound up in the joints and connective tissues of the body through postures held for extended periods of time with the support of props.

Yin yoga is the perfect complement to a more dynamic yoga practice, or a generally dynamic life although its introspective and meditative focus offers a challenge of its own.

Perfect for: All levels of Yogi’s looking to unwind deep tension.


Guided Meditation

These sessions are open to everyone and work primarily with ‘journey style’ guided meditations. Come in, lay down and get comfy to be transported to tranquility!

Something Specialised…


POST-NATAL AND CHILDREN’S YOGA

Specialised sessions for post-natal mums and babies, whole families and children only. Check the class descriptions and titles for the intended age ranges.

MAT BASED PILATES

Pilates sessions work the entire body with a focus on the core through a series of repetitive and low impact exercises. 

These sessions are perfect for anyone who wants to better understand their posture and help to rebalance muscle use throughout the body. Pilates can be especially helpful following pregnancy, or after periods of inactivity or injury. 

CHAIR BASED YOGA

When there are physical, emotional or age related restrictions chair yoga makes the many benefits of yoga safe and accessible for all. 

If you use a wheelchair please get in touch prior to booking your session to discuss the buildings access. 

AERIAL YOGA

Enjoy a new perspective on your yoga practice by taking your sequence to the air! These classes combine mat based postures with postures in an aerial yoga hammock. 

Enjoy inversions in a newly supported way whilst finding deeper release and fresh challenges. 

Nb// Open level classes are carried out in pairs and it is necessary to have attended a partner based session prior to moving onto the solo flying sessions.
