A practice that develops through the repetition of a set series of postures and breathing techniques, designed to work the entire body whilst fostering concentration and mindfulness.
Build strength, flexibility & stamina by uniting breath and movement for a rounded, refreshing practice. Ease into the week with a slow flow on mon/tues evening, or a pacey flow sequenced to music on thurs/fri for the perfect week end pick-me-up.

Chris invites you deeper, with focus on form & the subtleties that underlie flow, alongside exploration of advanced asana and breathwork. These sessions offer an immersive session in YTs signature slow flowing, vinyasa style.
A deeply restorative style characterised by supported, floor based postures, held for longer periods of time. Designed to strengthen and release the bodies connective tissues.
