These classes take extra time to focus on the fundamentals of alignment and posture. Perfect for anyone knew to yoga, or looking to firm up their foundations.
These classes are open to all levels and experiences of practitioners. Our open level sessions are taught in a progression that is understandable for beginners whilst offering plenty of variations to challenge the edges of each practitioner in the room.
These sessions assume a familiarity with the basic instructions and naming of yoga asana alongside a basic level of fitness and begin to offer more challenging postures and progressions to expand your mind and strengthen your body.
For practitioners that are ready to deepen their practice. Our advanced sessions explore more nuanced meditation and pranayama alongside advancing practice and understanding of asana practice.
