We'll be exploring the structure of your stretch programme. It's easy to think more is better (#yogaeverydamnday??), but how much is too much and what's the minimum effective dose? How are you tailoring the repetitions or the intensity of a movement for your body?
You'll come away with effective strategies to get better results from your stretching, and if you're anything like my typical students you'll come away feeling deeply relaxed and blissed out, having taken the time to go deep into your own body.
