After a gentle warm up I will then guide you through The seated section of Primary series
•Folded forward bends
•How to bind
•The importance of binding correctly
•How to fold (understanding the importance of the head whilst folding)
•Core seated Asanas
•Transition from seated into vinyasa
•Transition from vinyasa into seated
•Variations and transitions
•The jump back and jump through (self progression)
•Variations, common mistakes, do’s and don’ts
I will give you a 3 week 10 minute daily practice to aid self progression for you to do at home to help support your development in your seated Asanas.
You will leave this workshop with a supporting workbook, this workbook is an excellent tool to help you develop your self practice and understand each Asana fully. I have included a benefits of Asana section which will allow you to have a more holistic approach to your yoga practice.
