•Core- Mula bandha (root lock)
Warm up with 5rounds of Surya Namaskar
I will then guide you through
•Standing forward bends
•Balancing Asanas including variations
•The importance of Drishti whilst balancing
•How to progress into full leg extension in balancing
In each Asana we will concentrate on self progression, alignment, common mistakes, do’s and dont’s.
You will leave this workshop with a supporting workbook, this workbook is an excellent tool to help you develop your self practice and understand each Asana fully. I have included a benefits of Asana section which will allow you to have a more holistic approach to your yoga practice.
This workshop is part of a series, each can be done independently. The workshops are broken down into sections or Primary series and each workshop has a supporting workbook.
