Take your Valentine to yoga!
For a perfectly unique Valentine’s treat Lucy is offering a limited series of specialised class for you and your loved one.
Sessions will include a mixture of synchronised breathing practices, balancing and playful partner-based poses alongside restorative and relaxing partner experiences.
Each session is tailored and can be as playful or as relaxed and romantic as you like. Enjoy deepening levels of of communication and trust whilst learning techniques that will help you unwind and stay calm as a couple in the midst of the busyness of life.
Thursday 14th of February: 1.30 - 2.30, 2.45 - 3.45 and 4.00 - 5.00
Friday 15th: 4.00 - 5.00
Saturday 16th: 4.00 - 5.00
Sunday 17th: 12.00 - 1.00, 1.15- 2.15 & 4.30 - 5.30.
