Alan has been practising meditation for 30 years, and teaching yoga and mindfulness for 15.
His primary goal is showing busy people that it is possible to slow down, even though they might not believe him at first!
This course is open and accessible to all, with no prior experience or equipment needed.
Course dates: Thursdays March 14th, 21st. 28th & April 4th, from 5 until 6pm.
Cost: £34 for 4 weeks or FREE for YogaTherapies monthly membership holders.
