Join Caireen for two hours of blissful pregnancy relaxation yoga.
In this workshop you’ll get the opportunity to connect with your baby, body & breath.
There will be a variety of relaxing Yin poses where you’ll be entirely supported by the comfort of bolsters, blankets, blocks & pillows giving you the chance to switch off & unwind completely.
The latter part of the workshop will focus on Yoga Nidra (a deep relaxation which can leave you feeling as refreshed as four hours sleep! ) leaving you calm, collected & connected with your beautiful bump.
