BACK TO THE STRETCH
School's back - are we ready for the new routine? How do we future proof our bodies to make sure we're functioning in the very best way we can?
We'll be exploring the structure of your stretch programme. It's easy to think more is better (#yogaeverydamnday??), but how much is too much and what's the minimum effective dose?
How do we work with injury prevention rather than trying to fix ourselves when we've over done it?
How are you tailoring the repetitions or the intensity of a movement for YOUR body?
You'll come away with effective strategies to get better results from your stretching, and if you're anything like my typical students you'll come away feeling deeply relaxed and blissed out, having taken the time to go deep into your own body and iron out some crinkles.
