Yoga arm balances are for every level and every'body'
Many often think that arm balances are reserved for the advanced practitioners. This is not the case. Crow pose was one of the first poses I actually got, simply because as a novice and complete beginner to yoga it never occurred to me that I couldn't do it. So many of our physical limitations are in our head.
For this workshop try to be present in your body and forget about what you think you can and can not do.
Even if you don't fly today, you may do tomorrow or in the future and you would have had a great ab, arm and shoulder workout to boot.
