We are delighted to introduce a new teacher to our Yoga therapies team, Jordan Middlemist.
Jordan was in the British Parachute Regiment for 6 years, travelling all over the world before deciding to train in Rishikesh as a yoga teacher. With personal insight into the effects of anxiety and depression Jordan is now in a perfect place to share his experience of how yoga and meditation practice has helped him and can help others too.
Jordan is also a keen runner, competing for Wallsend Harriers, and has found that his yoga practice complements his running by creating a strong body, clear mind and focus.
Jordan’s yoga classes are aimed at helping the body recover after vigorous exercise during his asana classes and clear the mind in his meditation classes. These classes will be ideal for those who have busy lives during the week and need to stretch and relax in time for the week ahead.
