This 5 part series will explore integrative and progressive patterns of movement to improve joint range and core coordination resulting in a more mobile, agile and resilient body.
Each session will consist of isolated progressions alongside full body routines that be completed without equipment anywhere as both preparation for training, rehabilitation and body bullet-proofing. We will consider basic tissue preparation, breath liberation, nerve flossing and active flexibility.
The series is structured as a course, with each session presenting a key area of focus alongside its integration into full body patterns. Individual sessions can be as a stand alone event.
