The day will open with a drink of homemade detoxing elixir, and a specialised oil to help clear the mind for pranayama practice & a mantra and meditation to connect to intention. We will then move into a therapeutic backbending vinyasa practice to ignite the inner fire and anchor your energy in the compassionate energy of your heart centre, ending with an indulgent guided savasana.

After the yoga we will take a short break with matcha latte’s and some nibbles, before moving into a workshop on the Dinacharya, and particularly the practice of Abhyanga to create a daily routine of both self care and self practice to nourish body, mind and soul for the year ahead.
