Sankalpa Shakti - The Power of Intention.

Start your year with the right foot forward….

Daily Schedule

3.00 - 5.00

After the yoga we will take a short break with matcha latte’s and some nibbles, before moving into a workshop on the Dinacharya, and particularly the practice of Abhyanga to create a daily routine of both self care and self practice to nourish body, mind and soul for the year ahead.
