Your four legged friends are always welcome in the Life Bar, although, we can’t let them into the class rooms unless they are service dogs.

The class suited my ability (non-existent) and additional aid was given by Chris to ensure I was in the correct position, which I found very helpful. The staff are super approachable, friendly, knowledgable and their passion for yoga and personal growth is palpable. All the yoga teachers are incredible and always take each student's practice into account, supporting and challenging you in different ways and helping you get the most from your yoga. Mondays & Fridays, 8am until 7.30pm

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am until 1.30pm, and 5pm until 7.30pm.

Saturdays from 8am until 12noon,

and Sundays from 8am until 12noon and 5pm until 7.30pm.
