Tuesday Flow Slow and Meditation

Join Marie for a meditative session that incorporates therapeutic and empowering movement, alongside the opportunity for reflection and sharing. Each session follows the waxing and waning phases of the moon to offer a deepening of the reflections shared in the Moon meditations.

Flow Slow & Meditation runs alternately with the Moon Meditations at 5.30 on a Tuesday evening. These special sessions are included in all our studio passes and memberships as standard.
