Vinyasa

For all levels looking for a balanced practice, Vinyasa Yoga offers a full spectrum class that works globally on strength, balance, flexibility and breath with time for relaxation and meditation to close.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa classes but at a slightly faster pace, expect more transitions, less time holding postures and a more fluid feeling class.

Vinyas ‘aah’

Join us for a vinyasa practice with extra Friday vibes! This class starts strong and then winds down long leaving you feeling 'aaah' ready for the weekend.

Flow Slow

Vinyasa Yoga at a slower pace, you’ll still be up and moving, but more focus on therapeutic postures and plenty of extra time to unwind. This session is perfect for those looking for a nourishing practice, and can be a great building block for students recovering from injuries, returning to practice from a break, or working with longer term health challenges.

This deeply restful practice brings a gentle and meditative focus to practice, working with supported, long held poses and the breath to help soothe the nervous system and invoke a clear sense of centre with extended space for unwinding.

Yin Yoga

Suitable for all levels, Yin yoga compromises floor based and long held poses with a meditative focus that incorporates principles from Chinese Medicine.

Mindful Moments

Unwind, de-stress and relax. In this mindfulness class you will be guided through gentle movements, calming meditations and thoughtful reflections. This session is suitable for all with no experience of meditation required to join and benefit.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, often translated as ‘Yogic Sleep’ is a guided meditation practice; carried out laying down in a relaxed and supported position. The meditation follows several stages of intention, pratyahara (inward turning) and contemplation to access insight, release, and a rebalancing that permeates the physical and energetic levels of the body.

Pranayama

In this meditative class you will explore a range of breathing exercises that will strengthen your respiratory system and release tension whilst learning how to direct and modulate your energy through a mixture of seated and reclined practices with some gentle movement to support.

Monday Morning Pranayama

Pranayama (breathing exercises) connect us to our most essential energies, bringing clarity, energy and calm. This 20 minute session is the perfect pre-cursor to our Monday morning vinyasa and invites you to connect to intention and fresh energy at the start of a new week.

Moon Meditations

These guided sessions involve meditation, journalling and space for discussion around the evolving themes of the moon and her cycles. Expect to feel restored, and inspired.

Core Energy

Core energy is a free-flowing strength-based class with extra focus on core and conditioning movements and an amplified playlist for a high energy practice! Perfect for students looking for more physical challenge.

Core Flow

Core flows a free-flowing strength-based class add a focus on functional and conditioning movements such as squats and single leg transitions for a light-hearted and challenging class that target the core, hips and glutes! Perfect for students looking for more physical challenge.

Dynamic Vinyasa

Dynamic vinyasa classes take vinyasa practices up a notch, amping up the strong, bringing in a faster moving pace alongside more conditioning movements and more challenging and playful postures including arm balances. Perfect for students looking for more physical challenge.

Deep Flow

Taken at a slower pace than our Vinyasa class, this style is strong and physically dynamic. The slower transitions between poses encourage mindfulness, resilience and compassion, along with a greater emphasis on the details of the postures and breath.

Aerial Yoga

Enjoy a whole new perspective on your yoga practice with the addition of an aerial silk sling. Explore some familiar postures off the ground alongside some entirely new ones!

Parent & Baby

Suitable for babies as young as 6 weeks through to confident crawling, this session blends restorative and strengthening practice for Mum's mixed with movements that help support healthy development and build strong bonds with the little ones.

Children’s Yoga

Enjoy a mixture of yoga poses, games and relaxation exercises aimed for children between 5 and 10 years old. Parents are welcome to join in (with no booking required) or chill out in the adjacent cafe. Younger siblings are also welcome to join in at no additional cost and with no booking required.

Yoga x Life Introducing

Join a new graduate of the ‘Yomala’ Yoga teacher training as they begin their teaching journey! Each class is free to book and there will be space to leave donations for the instructor on the day. 100% of donations go to the instructor to help take the next step in their new vocation. Gong and Sound Bath

An immersive sound experience and powerful guided meditation that helps release energy blockages and reinvigorate being through a blend of therapeutic sounds, and the powerful vibrations of the gong.

No prior experience is required in order to participate. The session is carried out in a supported, reclined position, so for the best experience come in comfortable, relaxed and warm clothing
